Application and Admission

How do I Apply?

Fill the application and submit it () for along with the following documents:

  1. Photocopy of Identity document (ID) or passport.
  2. Complete curriculum vitae.
  3. Copies of degrees and certificates of analytical grades (or Diploma Supplements) or official confirmation that graduation is expected ten (10) days before the beginning of the MSc program.
  4. Copies of certificates confirming the knowledge of English.
  5. Evidence of professional, educational experience and scientific activity (if any).
  6. Two letters of recommendation.

Application Deadlines

1st application opening:

Applications will be accepted in two runs (cycles). The first between 06/07/2024 and 31/07/2024, and refers to all students, especially if visa is required (non EU students). Interviews will take place between 5 and 10 of August 2024.    

2nd application opening:

If the maximum number of students is not reached with the first application opening, a second call will take place between 10/09/2024 and 31/09/2024. Interviews will take place between 5 and 10 of September 2024. Please, note that the MSc will start in the first week of October, so in this case there will be no time for visa application if needed.

Selection Procedure and Timeline

The Graduate Student Selection Committee will receive applications and invite to an interview those candidates who meet the formal and substantive requirements. The evaluation of candidates is based on the overall grading (on a scale of 1 – 100) using the following criteria:

After the completion of the procedure, and the announcement of the successful candidates, the candidates will be invited to respond within a period of 5 days regarding the acceptance or not of their inclusion in the Program. In the case of non-timely response from a selected candidate within the prescribed period, this is equivalent to the resignation of his candidacy. If there are resignations, the Graduate Student Selection Committee nforms the next in line of evaluation from the relevant list.

When will I Know the Outcome of my Application?

The results will be announced within 5 days following the interviews.

When does the MSc Start and When is the Deadline for Enrollment?

Enrollments takes place in September, with deadline the 13th of September 2024.

When do Courses Start?

The beginning of the courses takes place on the 1st week of October.
